The Bayfield debuts of soprano Monica Whicher and mezzo Laura Tucker, both of whom had previously performed with the Aldeburgh Connection

This duo recital marked the Bayfield debuts of two singers who had previously sung with the Aldeburgh Connection in Toronto. The first half consisted of various solo songs from the 17th to the 19th centuries, the second half, operatic arias and duets. We were particularly grateful to Monica Whicher for replacing, at a few days’ notice, the indisposed Adrianne Pieczonka.
